Amber Jackson is an American author and educator. She graduated cum laude from the University of West Georgia. After graduating college, she decided to further her education. In 2014, she received her Master of Science in Education from Walden University. Whilst writing essay after essay for grad school, she scribbled down ideas and daydreamed of becoming an author.
Jackson strives to portray real-life elements in all of her children's stories. You'll even find some of her characters to be a little quirky and tenacious, as Jackson's own personality shines through them. It is her dream to land a deal with a traditional publishing house and write full-time in the future.
Jackson's message to everyone is to be persistent and chase after your dream(s) no matter how many times you may fail. You're worth it and you were created to shine! When Jackson is not writing, she is either teaching or chasing after a lively, bubbly toddler. Jackson currently lives with her husband, son, and animated Doodle in Augusta, GA. Her third children's book, Rex and the Missing Mooncakes, will be available for purchase in fall 2020.
